FDA, Mexico COFEPRIS and SENASICA collaborate to enhance food safety

Recognizing the significant reliance upon imported Food from Mexico, the FDA has taken its New Era of Smarter Food Safety across the border. The FDA will work in with Mexico’s two food safety bodies, the Federal Commission for the Protection from Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS) and the National Service of Agro-Alimentary Health, Safety, and Quality (SENASICA) to heighten safety protocols.
