Recreational cannabis has been legalized for sale since April 1. So far, the industry has realized more than $40 million in revenue, and has even passed the Cannabis Regulation Act. The legislature not only looks to standardize rules of sale and Cannabis testing regulations across the state, but to assure New Mexico state regulations Cannabis testing are stringent from the get-go.
